Assistant Operation And Production
1. Standing in for the production manager when required. 2. Assisting in the investigation of accident and incidents.
3. Keenly observe molding line and pouring line.
4. Achieve production target given by respected PM.
5. Inspection of every mold in terms of sand quality and molding operations.
6.Rectification of every molding defect by collaborating with respective department.
7. Take important decisions to resolve different problems.
8. Checking rejected pieces and perform root-cause analysis in order to avoid rejection due to same problem in future.
9. Reporting and recording deficiencies with in the plant (High pressure molding line and Sand plant).
10. Correcting unsafe acts and then communicating them to the responsible party for correction.
11. Hired, trained, supervised, and evaluated junior staff. Determined quality control standards and monitored safety requirements.
12. Organized and repaired routine maintenance of production equipment.
13. Directly supervising hourly production.
14. Tracking staff absenteeism and time-keeping.
15. Ensuring the safest working environment possible for staff.
